What is a ceiling crane pieces?
Overhead cranes are generally made of a bridge (also known as a large machine). Lifting mechanism, electric trolley, trolley movement mechanism, manipulation room, electric trolley conductor device (auxiliary slide line), crane total power conductor device (main slide line) and other parts.

☑️ Bridges
The bridge frame is the main component of the overhead crane, it is composed of main beam, end beam, walking platform and other parts. The main beam span is on the span, box shape, analysis frame, web, round tube and other structural forms. The main beam is connected to the end beam at both ends and has a corridor on the outside of the two main beams with safety rails. On one side of the cabin, the platform is equipped with the movement mechanism of the large car, and on the other side, the platform is equipped with a device for supplying power to the car's electrical equipment, that is, an auxiliary draw line. A guide rail is placed on the top of the main beam to move the trolley. The entire overhead traveling crane is pulled by the trolley movement mechanism and moves along the rail during the workshop.

Car replacement mechanism includes car drag engine, driving axle, reducer, wheels and brakes, etc. Driving methods are centralized and separately driven.
☑️ Cotton Transmission Mechanism
Handwheels are placed on bridge rails and can be moved across the width of the workshop. The trolley is mainly made of welded steel plates and consists of a trolley frame with a trolley movement mechanism and a lifting mechanism. The moving mechanism of the trolley includes the trolley motor, brake, coupling, reducer and wheel. The electric trolley motor drives the active wheel of the trolley through the reducer and pulls the trolley along the guide rails, which are moved by an electric motor as the active wheels of the trolley approach each other. There are two forms of transmission for the moving mechanism of the trolley: one is the gearbox in the middle of the two active wheels. Another is the gearbox, which is installed on one side of the trolley. The reduction gearbox is mounted in the middle of the two driven wheels, so that the drive shaft is subjected to a more uniform torque. The reduction gearbox is installed on the side of the trolley to make installation and maintenance easier.

The lifting mechanism consists of a lifting motor, reducer, pulley and brake. The hoist motor is connected to the reducer with a coupling and brake wheel, the output shaft of the reducer is connected to the steel wire winding pulley, the other end of the steel wire rope is equipped with a hook, when the pulley is rotating. The hook is raised or lowered by winding or releasing the steel rope on the pulley. For cranes with a lifting capacity of 15 tons and above, there are two sets of lifting mechanisms, namely the main hook and the secondary hook. From here it can be seen that the weight on the hook with the rotation of the pulley to obtain the up and down movement; With the hand wheel in the width direction of the workshop to achieve left and right movement, and can be used with the big machine in the length direction of the workshop to make the reciprocating movement. In this way, the movement of the weight in the vertical, lateral and longitudinal directions can be noticed, the weight can be transferred to any position in the workshop and the work of lifting and carrying it can be completed.

The control room is the cabin where the crane works, which is also called the cabin. In the operating room, there are controls for the transmission mechanism of the large and small crane, control of the lifting mechanism and protective devices for the crane. The control room is generally fixed at one end of the main beam, but some are mounted under the trolley and move with the trolley. There is a hatch at the top of the operation room that leads to the platform for the maintenance personnel to get on and off the mechanical and electrical equipment of large and small vehicles.
